Project Description
RW Navis was engaged by a cannabis edible company on their request for capital raise. Initial talks started at NCIA Anaheim in 2017 and the Series A was completed November 2018.
This process played out over one year’s time. Some seventy potential investors were introduced. Match Making was critical. One of the original small investors brought on by R.W. Navis / CSG took the entire Series A after seeing this company hit every milestone.
