A Canadian Cannabis Beverage concern engaged R.W. Navis for management consulting to scale their operation. This engagement was completed ahead of schedule to the satisfaction of the client.
The challenge was the company location was changed mid-stream but RW Navis’ team was able to pivot to complete this assignment successfully.
The company was further able to save 40% on recruiting fees by arranging a retained search with R.W. Navis as part of this project.
